The call is 30 minutes with Barry. We’ll look at where your numbers are today, what you’re trying to decide, and whether the finance department makes sense. You run a business, so I’ll treat your time like it matters. No fancy pitch deck. If we can help, great. If not, I’ll be upfront and tell you we’re not the best fit.

To get the most from the call: have last year’s business and personal tax returns and a recent P&L handy. If you can’t find them, that’s useful information too.
